His site has some of his comics on it and he does a load of travelling, which is partially documented here (confess I have't had a good dig through yet) but of interest to the wider BugPowder crowd is his column on Silver Bullet where he lists everything he's come across recently. I've noticed it keeps being mentioned as a potential seller at work with a note to ensure it's well displayed. Aside from the big charity thing, I think this is going to be a rather good book, given then most of the contributors are known their 'personal' stories. 192 pages, ships January. The text is too small to read them really comfortably, but is decipherable, and you get a good impression of his work. I knew his name but had not seen much of the comics. First wave of the Nick Abadzis news - more to follow no doubt. The entirety of his epic and woefully under-read Hugo Tate : O' America is available as an Ebook download from Unbound Comics. If you haven't read this and can't borrow a paper version, you owe it to yourself to download this. One of the 10 or so greatest comics to come out of the UK last decade, I think. It's slightly frustrating that you can't get your hands on it all unless you're in Michigan, but it's interesting to see what's available on certain creators and companies. They've got Comics Journal interviews archived, for example, so you can use it to locate interviews should you have a massive pile of the things.
